All of our products are backed by our Five Year Warranty. We Guarantee the colors to stay vibrant and the grating surface not to dull. Due to the handcrafted nature of our ceramics from Spain 
, no two items will be the exact same. All items are individually made and unique. Thus, colors and textures may vary. Please note that with any
handmade item there will be inherent flaws by nature. These variations
are normal and will not affect your item in any way other than by
enhancing its aesthetics. Please email or contact us for further warranty details. Also, we will happily exchange any recently purchased item sent back to us fully in tact, but are unable to offer refunds at this time. Customer is liable for return shipping for warranty claims or general exchanges and item(s) must arrive in same condition as originally sent out to customer. We will cover shipping cost of replacement or equivalent exchange value of items, or issue a full refund at our sole discretion.
