Two easy garlic and ginger marinade base ideas for our Large Rasp Bowl.   One way is to grate garlic and ginger in the base of the bowl then add extra virgin olive oil and your choice of balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and/or red wine as an American style marinade.  Or another way is to still use the garlic and the ginger base , but  then add soy sauce taking it an Asian style marinade direction!!  Maybe add some Sesame oil too!   You should buy a few King Kabobs and give them a try!!
